solotbaji Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These Terms form a legal agreement between solotbaji and the user. In these Terms, "we", "our" or "platform" refers to solotbaji, and "you", "user" or "member" refers to the registered account holder.

• solotbaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms.
• The most current Terms will always be published on this page.
• In the event of any dispute, the interpretation of these Terms as written in Bengali will be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and enjoy services on solotbaji:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+).
• You must provide your own accurate and complete information — providing false information will result in account closure.
• A person may only open one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Sharing your account with anyone else or allowing another person to operate your account is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details completely confidential.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

solotbaji supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The deposit and withdrawal limits are outlined in the table below:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance will be credited to the account immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

solotbaji offers various bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are provided subject to specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total Balance ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Winnings earned from a bonus will be withdrawable after wagering is completed.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period. The bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

4.3 VIP Program

solotbaji's VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher level through regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. solotbaji reserves the right to withdraw VIP benefits if a member violates the Terms.

5 Gaming Rules

solotbaji offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games and many other types of games. The following rules apply strictly to game operations:

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• The use of any fraudulent tactics or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting/abuse) is detected, the account will be suspended.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or attempts to hack the platform's systems are offences subject to legal action.
• solotbaji uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed within the game.
• In cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other international cricket tournaments.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded, although different rules may apply in specific cases.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error, solotbaji reserves the right to cancel the applicable bet and refund the amount. solotbaji is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be confiscated:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transaction.
• Operating an account for a minor (person under 21 years of age).
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, macros or other automated methods.
• Exploiting the platform's algorithms or vulnerabilities in games.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If no terms violation is identified before account closure, the valid balance will be returned. However, if closure is due to a terms violation, bonus balances and earned rewards may be confiscated.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, solotbaji is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
